About The Hypnotist:
When you choose Mind Works, you'll be working with me, Jessica Karas. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and uphold their high standards and code of ethics. Using a variety of techniques, including regression to cause, inner child work, parts mediation, and guided imagery, I customize sessions to suit every client's individual needs, background, and personality. I specialize in children's and women's issues, and the unique challenges faced by parents and families of children with Autism.
On a personal note, I am married and have 3 children, one of whom has Autism. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and am a certified fitness instructor at the YMCA. I practice Tae Kwon Do --I have a black belt-- and I mentor in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.
My own experience is a testament to what can be accomplished using hypnosis. Personal issues plagued me for years, affecting my relationships and robbing me of my confidence and sense of self worth. Feeling hopeless, I decided (with a great deal of skepticism) to give hypnosis a try. The experience was powerful enough to motivate me to learn how to do this fascinating work myself.
